Spoil yourself with this unique all-day culinary adventure! This class is perfect for those who truly love food and love a gourmet food experience (and who aren’t afraid to experiment!) The day begins with a walk to the local Farmer’s Market to select the best-looking produce for our day of cooking. We’ll then plan the details of our menus and get busy! We’ll use the seasonal ingredients that you choose and apply a variety of techniques for the most delicious preparations, resulting in a sumptuous Saturday lunch, plus a 4- or 5-course dinner Saturday night, with wine pairings. Price: $275 per person, plus $50 for a guest to dine with you (dinner only). This class is limited to 6 participants!
