Top Chef “Quick Fire” Challenge

Are you a Top Chef at home? Can you handle the heat? Bring your skills to our professional kitchen and battle for top position in our own version of a Top Chef Quickfire Challenge. This class is for advanced students who want to have some fun and get competitive in the kitchen – NOT suitable for beginners. Class begins with a short lecture of knife & kitchen safety, organization of work station, how to plan your dish and approach the execution, and general flavor profiles, then the real fun begins. Limited to 8 participants, with prizes for the top 3 spots. Price: $150 per competitor, including one guest as a spectator.
