This class is a how-to on beef, covering different cuts, meat vernacular, and an understanding of what “natural” and “organic” mean, plus cooking methods appropriate for each cut. Menu: Pan roasted steaks with wild mushroom sauce; Chili braised short ribs; Beef satay with peanut sauce; Sautéed medley of baby vegetables. Price: $95 per person.
