Part of our Wine & Food Pairing series, this course explores the basic concepts of pairing your favorite foods with great wine with a focus on the classic regional pairings of Western Europe. The class will feature 5 “small plate” dishes, with wines per dish (total of 7 wines per class). Through interactive discussion, the students will discuss the success of each pairing, and explore the reasons for a good or poor relationship between the food and the wine. Price: $85 per person.
