Laguna Culinary Arts is pleased to offer an innovative
program designed for those wishing to pursue a career in the foodservice
industry. The Professional Chef Program, where students will receive
a well-rounded education in the culinary arts and acquire a professional
versatility that will survive throughout a changing and diverse
career path. Our Professional Chef Program infuses fundamental knowledge
and traditions that allows its students excellent marketability
as they develop into the next generation of culinary innovators.
The foodservice industry is the largest private sector employer
in the U.S. today. By the year 2005, the demand for professional
chefs is expected to grow by 38 percent [1]. The Laguna Culinary
Arts Professional Chef Program is designed to provide the education
and skills needed to prepare tomorrow's professional for all levels
of the foodservice industry.
