Laguna Culinary Arts Professional Chef Program
Pricing Update – effective for the March 2010 program
We are pleased to announce the addition of an evening program. Unlike the daytime program, the evening class will meet only 2 nights per week – Monday and Wednesday, from 4pm to 10pm. The program will take 12 months to complete. Otherwise, it is exactly the same program, just stretched out in time. Cost, curriculum, instructors, field trip opportunities, and finals are all the same.
Cost of the program:
The cost of the entire program is $21,500 per student. This includes all required uniforms, tools, supplies and special activities, as follows:
• 3 chef jackets
• 2 pairs chef trousers
• 2 caps
• Chef’s knife & tool kit, including case
• Required reading and course material
• Guest chef instructors
• Field trips
Students will also be given a recommended reading list. Students shall be solely responsible for obtaining titles on the recommended list.
A non-refundable deposit of $750 is due upon acceptance of your application. The program is limited to 8 students per session.
